AI-Enhanced Sustainable Materials

  • AI Platform for SCM (Supplementary Cementitious Materials): We have built a digital marketplace and analytics platform for SCM (e.g. fly ash, slag) – industrial byproducts used to make greener concrete. Machine learning models forecast demand for SCM, optimising procurement and logistics across Asia. Real-time data tracking ensures material quality and consistency. This reduces costs and carbon footprint by maximising use of low-emission cement alternatives.
  • Data-Driven Materials Planning: Our system connects material suppliers and project teams with detailed supply-chain intelligence. Predictive analytics identify optimal sourcing strategies and adjust orders to prevent shortages. By integrating environmental factors (e.g. transport carbon intensity), we help construction projects meet sustainability goals while maintaining supply reliability.

AI-Powered Design & Project Management

  • Architectural/Structural Data Translator: We developed smart software that ingests building drawings (blueprints, CAD files, PDFs) and automatically extracts dimensions, loads and other engineering parameters. This “drawing-to-data” AI tool converts plans into structured models (e.g. creating inputs for structural analysis programs). Automating this task saves days of manual work and greatly reduces human error.
  • Integrated Project Intelligence Suite: Our comprehensive platform unifies all aspects of a project (planning, BIM design, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control) in one AI-assisted environment. Machine learning algorithms continuously analyse project data to predict cost overruns or delays, and suggest optimised sequences for construction tasks. Think of it as an “operating system” for infrastructure projects – spanning foundations, steelwork, concrete, MEP and finishes – enabling managers to make informed, data-driven decisions across all construction disciplines

Digital Energy & Smart Infrastructure

  • Smart Solar Energy Management: KEJATI is bringing AI to renewable energy construction. Our smart solar energy platform applies Industry 4.0 concepts to large-scale solar farms and PV installations. It uses weather forecasts and IoT sensor data to autonomously adjust inverters and energy storage for maximum efficiency. Predictive maintenance algorithms monitor panel performance and schedule upkeep before issues occur. The result is higher energy output and lower operating costs for solar projects.
  • Grid-Responsive Building Controls: Our AI software also transforms building energy use. Advanced control systems automatically shift power loads (HVAC, lighting, machinery) to match renewable generation or reduce peak demand. Buildings effectively act as virtual power plants – storing excess clean energy, deferring non-critical loads, and contributing to grid stability.   • Smart Geotechnical Testing Platform: In partnership with MRGEO TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD (Company Reg No: 202101033431) – a leading pile-testing firm – KEJATI developed a cloud-based analytics platform for geotechnical data. We collect sensor and load-test results from the field and display them on interactive maps. AI-driven analytics identify patterns in soil and pile performance, automatically flagging any anomalies. Instant test reports and consolidated project records streamline decision-making and improve safety in foundation engineering.
  • Advanced GIS & Asset Analytics: Geospatial intelligence is critical for infrastructure projects. Our tools combine GIS mapping with project data (topography, subsurface conditions, structural models) to support smarter planning of foundations, drainage, and utilities. Predictive analytics on geospatial data can spot early signs of issues (e.g. ground settlement) and enable proactive maintenance, extending asset lifespans and reducing risk.
